Our Young Professionals Group aims to create a community of young professionals across all disciplines within KCB and provide a platform for young professionals to foster career development. Whether you are interested in personal, interpersonal, or technical growth, the group is there to support you on each step of the journey.

New Graduates at KCB can expect to receive ongoing career development and support for professional designations, formal taining and on-the-job learning opportunities from our senior techical and management mentors. Be part of a team that values new ideas, has a passion for technical excellence, and a sense of adventure.

KCB has an amazing track record of bringing students onboard for work terms varying in length from 4, 8 and 12 months. As a student, you will have the opportunity to gain practical hands-on experience while completing your degree. Our industry leaders will guide you and provide you with unique learning experiences to work on some of the most interesting and challenging world-class projects.

Many of our students have successfully returned year after year, and are even hired as new graduates in full-time roles once they complete their program.
